Setting was favourable, I didn't want to leave.

Location: the hotel was right by Vietnam. The room was spacious and brand-new and offered a shower, a bidet, and slippers, so that guests had essentials. The staff were superfriendly all the time...

The staff facilitated our Ha Giang loop tour and provided storage for our bags. the room was spacious, but noise in the morning was a downside. They were accommodating but had some minor communication hiccups. Enjoyed the central location and motorbike rental.
